
WOODEN PATTERN OVENS
Film coating and wooden pattern are applied on the profiles. Wood pattern application facility has been created for these applications.
Aluminum wood pattern application facility is designed and produced by ELBOY in a way to apply patterns in accordance with all types of aluminum profiles.
The application facility consists of a special trolley furnace, transport trolleys, vacuum application system and ultrasonic welding table.
Application facility; It works by joining the ends of the pattern papers of the profile on which the pattern will be applied on the ultrasonic welding table, removing all the air between the vacuum apparatus and the profile and the pattern paper and adhering the film layer to the profile without any gaps, and then passing the pattern on the film on the profile after the required time , the profile takes, into the baking oven.
Wood pattern coating systems
In order to obtain a wooden or marble appearance on the aluminum profile, the aluminum profiles must first be pre-treated and coated with appropriate powder paint.
The coating process is carried out by covering the painted profiles with a film and firing at the appropriate temperature and transferring the coating on the film to the profile at high temperature.
The film is physically resistant to atmospheric pressure and environmental factors, and does not harm the environment during the preparation and firing processes. In addition, no chemical waste, waste water or process waste is generated during the process.
All waste materials can be recycled.
Working Principle
Painted aluminum profiles are covered with film manually or automatically, and then placed on the carrier bench in the loading station that can operate single-sided or double-sided to take 7, 9, 11 or 15 profiles.
Each profile is vacuumed by the high power vacuum pump and the air in the profile is ejected. After the profiles are completely vacuumed, temperature-sensing sensors are attached to the profile.
Parts are sent to the furnace with the signal sent to the central PLC group. The door, designed to prevent the heat from escaping, opens and the profiles enter the oven. The profile / film that reaches the desired temperature is removed automatically.
With the help of compressed air pressed into the profiles, the film and profile are separated from each other and the coated product is taken out of the system.
